Recommendation for Bob Kezer, personal trainer

I highly recommend Bob Kezer for older adult strength training. I'm in my mid-sixties and had occasional low back pain from some decades old injuries. Since living in Cuenca, I hurt it and the pain didn't go right away. Bob has helped me get rid of the pain in short order. No docs and no more Ibuprofen. He makes sure you don't get sore or hurt. This is not a class, it is him working closely with each individual. To me, it is more like physical therapy than weight training. Very targeted. The gym is super modern and clean. I'm in and out in about 40 minutes. He is very scientific and very careful about working with you. Even though I started with him to relieve pain, the added benefit is that I've gained much more endurance, lost fat and am getting muscle back; I move around town better too. After working with Bob, I just walk taller and feel better! A great service for our age-group. Bob takes his own time to research your particular needs, he communicates with your doctor and is easy to work with. Very satisfied.
