Looking for volunteers - one hour a week to help local kids succeed

Want an easy, but extremely rewarding volunteer experience? I run an English club at a local high school where students are enthusiastically wanting to hear from and talk with native English speakers. We meet once a week with the students and promote confidence in speaking. The students attend after a full day of classes and I am always amazed that up to 28 kids show up. I usually have activities planned but volunteers can come up with fun ideas. Teaching experience and Spanish is not required, just a desire to have fun with motivated and appreciative young people. The school is Colegio Miguel Moreno, located off Las Americas, behind the Dragon Park. I will decide on the specific day after the school year begins September 4, and we will start mid-month. Short term volunteers are welcome. Our volunteers have had fun getting to know each other too. If this looks like something you would enjoy, email me.
