Power of movement by the arms, legs and trunk comes from a strong base of the core muscles. Your core stabilizers (your internal girdle) are the muscles that border the rib cage, the mid spine to the pelvis and lower back. Learn how to safely and effectively strengthen your core. A strong core is paramount for good posture, back health and balance. You need a strong core for any type of sport, dancing, strength training.
