Popacuchu homemade pasta and marinated antipasto salad

Hello everyone, The following is the menu for next Saturday, April 21:

Start your meal with a delicious marinated anitpasto salad, to include Italian cheeses, meats, artichokes, mushrooms, olives, and cherry tomatoes on mixed greens, $4.
For the main course, we are proud to offer four different flavors of lasagna made with fresh noodles.

Choose from the following:
*Veggie lasagna with red sauce and a blend of cheeses, $6.
*Classic beef and red sauce and a blend of cheeses including ricotta, $6.
*Chicken and spinach with a white Bechamel sauce and a blend of cheeses, $7.
*And new this time, homemade pork sausage and bacon in a slightly smoky red sauce, layered with cheeses fresh basil, and our Bechamel sauce, $7.
Add a Popacuchu homemade wheat roll for $1..
For dessert this week, we have our cinnamon oatmeal raisin cookies, for $1. each.
Please email me directly to place your order no later than Wednesday, April 18. Orders will be available for pick-up on Saturday at 11 AM or for delivery between 2:30 and 4 PM for a $2 fee.
