Popacuchu celebrates the French flavors of Provence

Hello everyone, The following is the menu for next Saturday, April 7:
For the soup lovers, we have a French style hearty soup with pistou (a roasted garlic, basil, olive oil topping). The soup will contain roasted potatoes, leeks, tomatoes, bell peppers, a medley of beans, Provencal herbs and spices, and bacon, sold in liter containers for $4 each.

Add a slice of either ham and cheese quiche or mushroom and cheese quiche for $3.50.

For the main course this week, we are proud to offer a chicken breast filled with a homemade sausage stuffing featuring fennel, thyme, rosemary, and sage. The chicken will be topped with a creamy roasted garlic wine sauce and accompanied by a serving of potatoes Au Gratin, prepared with rich cream and a blend of cheeses, along with a fire roasted sweet tomato, seasoned with Applewood smoked salt, cracked black pepper, garlic, and olive oil for $7.
For dessert, we have French tuile cookies with an Amaretto and cherry filling, dipped in chocolate for $1 each. Or, for a taste of home, we have our classic big chocolate chip cookies for $1 each.

Please email me directly to place your order no later than Wednesday, April 4. Orders will be available for pick-up at 11 AM on Saturday or delivery between 2:30-4:00 within Cuenca for a $2 fee.
