New classes at JungleGym and new membership option

We've added some awesome new classes at JungleGym:

TRX Strength and Cardio with Daniel on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 AM. You'll use TRX suspension straps to strengthen and tone muscles. Bursts of cardio will keep your heart rate at the perfect fat burning rate.

Gentle Strength with Rachel on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 AM. This class replaces the Active Aging and is perfect for people who want to build up their strength. We'll use elastic bands, light weights, body weight, exercises balls, and more.

Vinyasa Yoga with Nicole on Wednesdays at 11 AM. Vinyasa flow coordinates yoga poses with the breath. This is a class for all levels.

30-Minute HIIT Cardio with Rachel or Daniel on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. Want a quick cardio class after work? This 30-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) will kick your butt.

Live stream videos - coming soon, Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 PM and as requested during Open Gym. As soon as we get our projector and screen installed, we'll start streaming live (or previously recorded) classes from studios and gyms all over the world.

New membership option: For those of you who want to work out on your own and not take our awesome classes, $25 per month gives you access to the gym during Open Gym hours. With this membership, you'll get a special discount on classes - $3 per class. Video and live streaming classes are free.
