Gran Roca Wed Farm-to-Table Market–produce, chicken, eggs, pork, beef

Join us at the Gran Roca Farm-to-Table Market this Wednesday from 2-3:30 PM. We'll be at the restaurant Hummus, between Calle Santiago Carrasco and Rafael Torres Beltran, and adjacent to Parque Santa Anita only a couple of blocks east of the big 911 building in El Vergel.

We'll be bringing our best tasting artisan beef(new!), pork, chicken and eggs, as well as our GringoPost award winning fruits and special varieties of vegetables not available anywhere else. Our sustainably grown fruits and vegetables are harvested in the morning for pick up in the afternoon.
We'll have plenty of our farm fresh, pastured artisan Chicken Eggs ($1.25 per half dozen). The eggs are delicious with a creamy orange yolk unlike the commercial (even organic) eggs that are yellow and runny.

We will also be bringing our newly butchered, (to North American standards), beautiful, dry aged, Artisan Pork Lover's Cuts (the very best Pork) to our Wednesday Farm-to-Table Market. (No need to order.)

Our Artisan Pastured Broiler Chickens will be available for delivery, pick-up or at our Wednesday Farm-to-Table Market. The Chickens are cleaned and custom-butchered in the morning for you to enjoy in the afternoon. They vary in weight a little bit, but at $2.50/lb. most will sell for between $10 and $15 of ready to cook meat.

Our Artisan Pastured Broiler Chickens need to be pre-ordered for pick-up at our Wednesday Farm-to-Table Market. Send an email to the contact info below letting us know (1) how many chickens you want, (2) whether whole or cut-up into parts, and (3) with or without organ meat. Fresh, Healthy, Delicious Chicken has never been so easy...Bon appétit.

Greens: Lettuce (heirloom romaine), Real Spinach, Rainbow Chard, Scallions, Celery
Fresh Herbs: including Real Peppermint, Cilantro, Garlic Chives, Basil
