Spanish classes (and facilitation) by Teresa Cardenas

Teresa Cardenas brings six years of experience in teaching Spanish and her other professional experience includes several years working in Cuenca municipal government.

She patiently encourages the student’s own communication skills rather than talking “at” the student. She will help you with crucial speaking practice to overcome any barriers to forming Spanish sounds. You will begin to speak sentences more naturally and create communication.

Additionally, she works with a fabulous grammar book so if you are looking to improve your understanding of the underlying grammatical structures you are in luck.

She will bring classes right to your home and introduce you to Cuenca in ways that enrich your life and experience here. She is a real Cuenca gem.

Although she understands English her classes are not particularly bi-lingual, which helps the student to begin to think and form communications in Spanish. She has also successfully taught students from Japan and European countries.

Teresa she is an excellent facilitator with most life issues that come up for expats in Cuenca, including issues around health care, rental agreements, and other administrative rules that pertain to life here.

Cuenca, Ecuador.
