Popacuchu flavors of the world and Easter egg truffles

Hello everyone, The following is the menu for next Saturday, March 31: We are proud to offer three dishes with an international flair.

For our soup lovers, we have our flavors of southern Italy soup with beef, roasted vegetables, pesto, pasta, and tomatoes, for $4 a liter.

Next, India meets Mexico in a delicious chicken curry salad with roasted chicken, green apples, walnuts, and chives in a honey mustard curry dressing, wrapped in a tortilla with crispy lettuce. The wrap will be served with a gourmet mix of veggie chips (potato, yucca, plantain, beet, etc.), for $6.

Finally, we are offering a Thai style noodle dish with Asian rice noodles, carrots, sweet bell peppers, and broccoli (and maybe another vegetable or two if I see something beautiful) in a sesame peanut sauce with your choice of roasted chicken for $6 or shrimp for $7.

And now for the Easter treats: We are offering gift boxes of egg-shaped chocolate truffles for $10, to include one of each of the following nine flavors: orange lavender in dark chocolate, lemon-lime in white chocolate, peanut butter in milk chocolate, dark fudge in milk chocolate, almond toffee in milk chocolate, cookies and cream in dark chocolate, dark fudge with walnuts in white chocolate, caramel cappuccino in dark chocolate, and vanilla coconut in milk chocolate.

Or, choose from the above flavors to fill a ribbon-tied bag with a few or as many truffles as you like, for $1 each.

Please email me directly to place your order no later than Wednesday, March 28. Orders will be available for pick-up at 11 AM on Saturday or for delivery between 2:30 and 4 PM for a $2 fee.
Thanks everybody and have a great week.
