JungleGym classes and personal training

Join our amazing community and get fitter, stronger, healthier - while having fun.

Our weekly classes include:
- Cross Training Lite (M-W-F at 9 AM) A low-impact class that includes a mix of cardio, strength training, and stretching.
- Boot Camp (M-W-F at 10 AM and T-Th at 6 PM) A challenging and intense high-impact class that will push you beyond what you thought possible.
- Strength Training (M-W-F at 11 AM and T-Th at 9 AM) Build strength with one of our trainers leading you in either Full Body or Split Session classes.
- Yoga (M-T-W-Th 10 and 11 AM) Check our schedule online! We offer 6 yoga classes per week with Anali and Nicole. Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa
- Boxercise (M-W at 6 PM and T-Th at 11 AM) Intense cardio mixed with boxing drills will release stress and challenge you.

Monthly memberships cost $40 for Open Gym and 8 Classes and $60 for Open Gym and Unlimited Classes.
Other classes offered in 4-week sessions (minimum 4 students)
- Active Aging - A no-impact class that focuses on strengthening muscles, stretching and balance. If you are interested, please let us know! We need 4 students to start this 4-week class
- Beginner Meditation with Eduardo Gonzalez
- Tai Chi with Eduardo Gonzalez (Beginner class is already in session)
- Beginner Salsa with Luis Ullauri - Interested students should contact us so we can put a class of 4 (or more) together.
