Menu/class executed by yours, humbly, Chef Marc Dullin (Retired in Cuenca)
Menu includes (Recipes provided):

• Vietnamese spring rolls and dipping sauce (2 ways)
• Brined pork medallions in mushroom/mustard/brandy cream sauce
• House made saffron fettuccini
• French apple beignets with praline ice cream

Price includes full set recipes, a generous serving/tasting of the menu + bring your kitchen’s knives and I will sharpen them for free and always, a glass of chilled Chardonnay.
