Yogurt making - what is needed

For some time here I had a large problem off and on when attempting to make yogurt after years of successful production in the US. The raw milk I was purchasing here would suddenly bubble up even on low heat, like a volcano and the result would be watery product. Then I heard of Lourdes Dairy. The milk, soil, and all at this farm is produced without chemicals and using only natural soil chemicals on the place in any form Lourdes assures me.
