Recommendation for Bar of Cuenca, Indian restaurant

We have visited Bar of Cuenca twice in our four weeks in Cuenca. Richard is an attentive host/owner. The decor is nice and the food is excellent. On our first visit (for dinner), six of us received gratis a wonderful Ayurvedic drink made of lemon, ginger and mint. All of our meals were wonderful with the exception of the samosas, which were a bit dry. We brought that to Richard's attention. This week two of us visited for lunch, I mentioned the yummy specialty drink and was surprised to find that this time we were charged for it. My bad - in reviewing the menu, it is listed at $3 a glass. Which seems high, when our large serving of lamb biryani was $6. The lamb biryani is my favorite! This visit the lamb biryani was served with a lovely yogurt dressing on the side. Our lunch was delicious. The butter chicken with garlic naan bread was scrumptious. The aloo gobi (cauliflower and potato) was nicely spiced.
