We have the best tasting while also being the healthiest sustainably grown and raised pork, chicken, eggs, fruits, and all the vegetables you need at our Farm-to-Table Markets in Cuenca where you will find special varieties of produce not available anywhere else. Our produce is harvested in the morning for pick up in the afternoon. Can your favorite supermercado do that?

The Gran Roca Friday Farm-to-Table Market will be on January 12th, from 2-3:30 PM at the La Cilindrada Restaurant, 3-47 Roberto Crespo y Luis Moreno Mora, in El Vergel, with easy parking only a couple of blocks from the Stadium and SuperMaxi.

We are now bringing our delicious young pork, butchered to North American standards, to our Farm-to-Table Markets including pork chops and pork sirloin stakes, ($6/lb), roasts and spare ribs, ($5/lb). Write us, if you are looking for a cut of pork not listed above.

We also bring our farm fresh pastured Chicken Eggs to our Farm-to-Table Markets for $1.25 per half dozen. The eggs are delicious with a creamy orange yolk unlike the commercial eggs that are yellow and runny. (ewww)

If you are looking for the best tasting pasture raised chickens, you have come to the right place. Our chickens are housed in groups of fewer than 100, on pasture, in a protective Chicken Tractor, fed whole foods without antibiotics or hormones, are moved daily to fresh pasture without poop or smell, are able to scratch in the soil, eat grass and bugs and see the natural cycles of day and night. It is a lot harder to do it this way, but this is how you produce the best ingredients...that make the most delicious food...while making optimal health possible.

The Chickens vary in weight a little bit, but at $2.50/lb., most will sell for between $10 and $15 of ready to cook meat.

Our chickens come butchered on the same day you pick them up. (Do you really want to buy chickens that have sat around for days? Weeks? So, they must be ordered in advance by sending us an email letting us know (1) the market date for pick up (2) number of chickens, and whether to leave them whole or cut into parts, and (3) with or without organ meat. You will receive an order confirmation and we will bring it to the Farm-to-Table Market you requested for pick up.

Tomatoes: Heirloom Tomatoes (limited), Bitter-Free Eggplant, Green and Red Peppers, Hot Peppers
Brassicas: Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Curly and Dinosaur Kale
Roots: Beets, Carrots, Potatoes
Beans: Green Beans, Fresh Beans
Greens: Lettuce (heirloom romaine), Real Spinach, Rainbow Chard, Bok Choy
Fresh Herbs: including Real Peppermint, Cilantro, Garlic Chives, Basil, Horseradish
