Hello everyone, The following is the menu for Saturday, December 30:

Roasted chicken breast topped with a delicious Mexican mole sauce and served with black beans and rice simmered in coconut milk, Mexican spices, and tomatoes, and tossed with sweet corn and green onions, for $7.

Add some cinnamon chocolate chip cookies for $1 each or some almond Florentines (buttery toffee crunch baked with almonds and topped with a blend of chocolates) for $1.50 each.
Please email me directly to place your order no later than Wednesday, December 27. Orders will be available for pick-up at 11 AM on Saturday or for delivery within Cuenca between 2:30 and 4 PM for a $2 fee.
