Cuenca's Best BBQ - Saturday at Joes' Secret Garden

It takes a long time to make award winning ribs. Low and slow, boldly seasoned, carefully smoked for long hours and finished over hardwood coals with Memphis mop sauce and finally finished with a shiny, slightly sweet and spicy house made BBQ sauce.

Start the evening in the garden with a cocktail or wine and our famous 'onion rings'. Dinner includes ribs, pulled pork and our specially seasoned sausages, cole slaw, garlic and herb roasted potatoes, sweet corn bread, ending with 'old fashioned' peach cobbler - a reminder of home in years gone by.

Enjoy Cuenca's summer weather with a 'real' barbecue.

We are still accepting reservations for our always popular "Thanksgiving Dinner". The menu and reservations on the same website.

Sat., Nov.18th, salon, garden, and lounge open at 5 PM. Come smell the ribs smoking in the backyard and enjoy those crisp onion rings. Dinner about 6:30., address at time of reservation.
