It may be a holiday in Ecuador and the US, but that doesn't mean you should take a day off from the gym. Come to JungleGym and try one of our classes for $4 or workout on your own.

JungleFIT (Suave and Intermedio) is a cross and interval training 50-minute workout that includes 1) stretching/warm-up 2) various cardio exercises 3) boxing, weights, or bands 4) cool down. These are our most popular classes so come and try.

Strength and Stability is a super-suave class for people with balancing issues and physical limitations.

Boxercise is an intermediate workout of cardio exercises, boxing, and stretching. This class will build muscle, strength, and empower you with confidence.

Some of our newest classes are already a hit: Country Line Dancing with Roxy and Tai Chi with Eduardo. Come see why our members love these instructors and classes.

Want personal training? Todd's schedule is booking up, so reserve your time. Todd has helped dozens of expats reach their health goals - read the reviews on our website. Or train with Daniel or Jenya - both are incredible athletes and trainers, plus they are both running specials this month.
