Proof of insurance submission

Tuesday I took the trip to Azogues to submit my Proof of Insurance. I was directed up the stairs (2nd floor /mezzanine) to the desk of Marcela Idrovo. She seems to be the person in charge of this process. After almost no wait, I handed her my Proof Statement, a copy of my Passport information page, a copy of my Visa page, and a copy of both sides of my Cedula. She checked the papers, stapled them together, and we were finished in less than a minute. These seem to be the necessary documents to submit. She didn't ask to see my actual Passport or Cedula, so they don't seem to be necessary, but decide that at your own risk.

That was my experience. Anyone with any additional clarifications feel free to comment.
