The response to Chef Yasu's 5-star, 5-course candlelight dinners has been amazing.

Because of the success of these dinners, he will be serving culinary delights at the Vegetable Bar every Sunday night.

This week we will be seating at 6:30 PM. We have limited seating left, so reserve quickly to be part of this fabulous evening.

This week's 5-course menu is:

* Roasted three-pepper avocado salad with poached grapes,
cherry tomato concasse and brioche croutons
and a lemon pumpkin-seed dressing

* Diced artichoke in olive oil and chargrilled asparagus
topped with warm milk curd and parmigiano chips

* White-carrot agnolotti over spring pea puree and a mushroom broth

* Red-wine braised short rib served with potato crusted polenta cake
and home-made ciabatta bread

* Lemon-ricotta layered crepe and coconut cream panacotta
with cherry compote
