SkyFit HIT Sweat class

High intensity interval training workouts increase cardiovascular fitness while improving overall strength. By increasing your intensity for just a few minutes, you will burn more calories and build lean muscle. There is no time for boredom in this class, alternating between a variety of cardio and strength work you will challenge your fitness level. Participants should have a moderate level of fitness.

The class includes a warm up and cool down, core and flexibility exercises.

Monday/Wednesday 9 AM - 9:55 AM. September 4 - 27. Fee $40 for the month
