Chef Yasu is bringing a new and exciting Sushi and Asian menu to The Vegetable Bar this Sunday night.

You've seen the rave reviews about what he is doing here in Cuenca. So why night enjoy an elegant experience and fine dining for yourself this week?

This is a reservation only event and we are filling up fast for Sunday, August 27th. So, contact us today to try this fabulous menu yourself.

This week's menu is:

* Salmon tartar rice-paper spring roll with creamy tahini & curry oil and zucchini crepe with tamarind sauce & mango culis

* Chicken quenelle in coconut-milk, lemongrass, ginger broth

* Homemade tofu with mushroom sauce and a puffed-rice coconut cracker

* Assorted Sushi Platter
- Sweet potato tempura roll
- Crunchy daikon pickle roll
- Asparagus roll wrapped in dehydrated flaxseed & carrot paper
- Steamed sea bass & avocado roll with soy reduction drizzles
- Pickled hearing nigiri sushi

* Paris Brest au thé vert
