Cuenca Walk/Hike/Run for Team Antony, Sat, July 29th 10 AM

Walk/Hike/Run the Pachamama Plateau, Cuenca at Llacao, for 15-yr-old Antony who lost his leg in a motorcycle accident last year. All proceeds go directly to funding a high-performance prosthetic for Antony that will allow him to resume his life as an active young person, go on to college (the first in his family), and follow his dreams wherever they might lead.

The Range of Motion Project (ROMP) is holding events throughout Ecuador on July 29th. Cuenca’s will be on the Pachamama Plateau in Llacao on the outskirts of Cuenca. Feel a part of history as you walk, hike, or run this portion of the indigenous Andean trail with leaders from our local Cuenca hiking group.

Join us in supporting Antony. Either register to join the Walk/Hike/Run, get your event T-shirt and swag, and meet our friend Antony! Or make a donation; Both options online at:

ROMP is based in the US, Guatemala, and Quito, EC, where they research and develop advanced mobility prosthetics to provide for the 80% of people in need and without access in developing countries. To see what ROMP does, go to:
