Newbies in town

We're a family of five with kids age 4, 8, and 10. We're taking time off from our American (United States) life to see if we can jump-start making our kids bilingual. According to the app DuoLingo, my wife is 9% fluent which gets us by, but we're excited to see what can be accomplished in the next few months.

We've rented an apartment near the 27th of February Street through the end of the year, and would appreciate anyone's kindness and help as we try to figure out inexpensive options (we know it is easy to find expensive options) for the following:

Toaster oven (our apartment only has a stove, no oven)

Children's bikes

Mobile phone service (we have unlocked iPhones)

Spanish language lessons

We're also looking for any family-friendly events or activities that will get our family immersed in Spanish.

All communication or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks, in advance.
