Recommendation for Eddy and Jet: Polylepistours Travel Agency

The travel agency,, was referred to me through my Spanish Language Professor, Fausto ( The moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Eddy Fernando Juaca. One could tell by his mannerisms that he was committed to providing the customer service that put us immediately at ease as he attentively listened to our travel plans, needs, and desires. He assured us that he could provide us with an itinerary that would fit our desires. He provided us with his email and his cell in the event we had more questions or thoughts. With-in four hours we received a preliminary suggested itinerary for our trip to the Galapagos Islands. Upon further thought we asked Eddy for other options and possible upgrades. By mid-morning the following day Eddy had researched and sent us an itinerary that was exactly what we were wanting in trip details, dates, and it also included a last minute deeply discounted special booking. We booked the Cruise and Eddy informed us that if we paid with cash it would save us an additional 15% credit card tax. He accompanied us to the bank to help with translations to secure the cash funds. (The savings of the CC tax alone paid for the cost of the airline tickets.) The cruise he secured for us was “1st class” on the Queen of Galapagos, all-inclusive with a maximum passenger count of 16 and a crew of 9 members. The guide was an English speaking native resident, licensed naturalist, with a great sense of humor. He was extremely knowledgeable about the “Islands” and Darwin’s Theory of Evolution, then and now. I would recommend the services offered through Polylepistours. I will be returning to book future trips and travel needs.
