Need gardener(s) to maintain my front yard flower garden in Cuenca

I need your recommendation for a gardener (not landscaper) to pull weeds and dead plants, replace flowers, trim roses and overgrown plants, who is reliable and punctual. I need to fire my current "gardeners" for lousy customer service.
