Recommendation for NotaryCam, web based notary

Just had to provide a limited POA to my sister in the US in order to sell some property in Virginia. After reviewing some posts, I decided to try NotaryCam, in  lieu of going to Quito or Guayquil to obtain notarization recognized in the US. The process was very easy even though the audio didn't work right. I had an immediate connection with a notary in Virginia Beach, VA who interviewed me via webcam, inspected my passport for identification and put my electronic signature and her electronic notary seal and information on the PDF document which I had sent to NotaryCam. The title company in Virginia had never worked with an electronic POA before, but after sending them a copy of the law under which the electronic notarization is authorized (from NotaryCam website) everything proceeded and the property was sold. The current price for an "international" notarization by NotaryCam is $79, but that beats having to go to the consulate or embassy.
