Recommendation for El Jalapeño, Mexican restaurant

We recently had dinner at this new restaurant which opened earlier this month. The food, drinks and service were all wonderful. Our table of 7 began with 2 platters of nachos which could have easily been our main course. The enchiladas, burritos and pocchuc were thoroughly enjoyed. It is nice to have another option for Mexican food in Cuenca.
