An evening of rum, music and good food with la Yunta

Join us for a fantastic afternoon of music, rum and good food.

Thursday, February 22.
We will pick you up at 4 PM at Plaza Otorongo, then we will go and visit the Cava San Miguel, where we can learn a bit about the Cuencano rum and yes, of course try it too and buy a very good prices.

After we go to La Yunta where we will serve a welcome drink and Lyn will delight us with her music followed by a nice meal cooked by our Chef Franklin. After the music and the food we will bring you back to Plaza Otorongo by 8:30

The food choices for this day are:

A Peruvian dish call Lomo Teriyaki which is Lomo fino in a teriyaki sauce, served with pepian mash, avocado salad and rustic sauteed potatoes
And an Ecuadorian dish called Camarones Salteados which are sauteed prawns in garlic and parsley sauce, served with rustic potatoes and green salad.

For dessert,

Vanilla and red berries panacotta

$25 pp all inclusive (transport, visit to the cava, music, food and of course, great fun)
