Traditional Ecuadorian art for sale

Hi Folks,

You know that searching for the right Christmas gift for that special someone in your life can be a little daunting, so why not let me help you? Because I am a native-born Cuencana, I have some lovely old friends who are really quite talented, and two in particular: Don Carlos and Don Gustavo produce some quite sensational art. Don Carlos is an ironsmith, and create anything from Arabesque jeweled incense burners to ornate hand- painted / antique - style door bells, as well as gothic inspired candle holders. Don Gustavo on the other hand, is a master of the canvas and his talented hands grace us with impressions of pastoral scenes of the Ecuadorian landscape and quite timeless depictions of Ecuadorian Indigenous people. Check out the photos I have attached. Call or email me for more details.

Works by Don Carlos:

Campana (Single bell) $80

Oromaticador (Incense burner) $140

Baca loca (Crazy cow) $240

Works by Don Gustavo:

Puente del Centenario $145

Bodegon Frutas $300

Regreso a Casa $170

For Christmas and the New Year, 25% of the profits will be donated to Shelters for Women: Casa Maria Amor / Mujeres con Exito.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
