Christmas Eve Sunday Farm-to-Table Dinner at La Cilindrada

The collaboration between La Cilindrada and Gran Roca continues with a very special Farm-to-Table dinner for our guests with two sittings on Christmas Eve Sunday, December 24th, at 4:00pm and 6:30pm at La Cilindrada Restaurant, Roberto Crespo 3-47 (near Luis Moreno Mora). In respect for the nature of the holiday, we've chosen to make it a plated, sit-down affair.

It is very gratifying that so many of you have already signed up. Our 6:30pm sitting is filling up fast. We have a little more flexibility at our 4:00pm sitting, but that could change any day now. If you want a fresh, high quality, exciting and delicious Christmas Eve Dinner, make your reservations now, or you'll end up having to settle for tough Turkey, old vegetables and some stale dessert. Don't say I didn't warn you...

Why is this "the event" to be at on Christmas Eve? Chef Michael and his team will be using more than three dozen ingredients from Gran Roca's sustainably grown, harvested fresh, chickens, eggs, and superior heirloom varieties of fruits and vegetables, all melded together into a cornucopia of delicious textures and flavors only available to those lucky enough to attend.

We, again, choose not to serve you commercial turkeys, as antibiotics, chemicals and hormones are NOT in the four basic food groups. Instead, our entree will again use our delicious, pastured, moist and tender Big Chickens that our guests absolutely raved about on Thanksgiving Day. Add to that all of the other Farm-to-Table offerings from Gran Roca, and you are assured of a uniquely beautiful and delicious gourmet meal made from freshly harvested whole-foods that are actually good for you.
