Christmas Eve Farm-to-Table Dinner at La Cilindrada

The collaboration between La Cilindrada and Gran Roca continues with a very special Farm-to-Table dinner for our guests with two sittings on Christmas Eve Sunday, December 24th, at 4 PM and 6:30 PM. In respect for the nature of the holiday, we've chosen to make it a plated, sit-down affair.

Chef Michael and his team have put together another varied and delicious menu worthy of such a fine event with Gran Roca's freshly harvested, sustainably grown, chicken, eggs, and superior heirloom varieties of fruits and vegetables. (As we say on the farm, "It's the ingredients, stupid.")

We, again, don't recommend you eat the commercial turkeys here in Ecuador as antibiotics, chemicals and hormones are not in the four basic food groups. Instead, we will serve a special dish using our Big Chickens that our guests raved about on Thanksgiving. Add to that all of the freshness and variety of Gran Roca's best fruits, vegetables and herbs, and you are assured of a uniquely beautiful and delicious gourmet meal made from whole-foods that are actually good for you.
