JungleGym - a boutique gym in el Centro

Boutique gyms are gaining popularity in the United States. But what is a boutique gym and why are they so popular?

A boutique gym is a small, private gym with exclusive clientele, that offers a few unique classes that aren’t found in large box gyms. Class size is limited so clients receive personal attention from knowledgeable instructors. Popular classes offered by boutique gyms include boxing, cycling, Barre, HIIT, boot camp, aerial suspension, Pilates, and yoga. Membership and class prices tend to be higher than those at larger, box gyms, but clients experience faster results and report having more positive experiences at boutique gyms.

At JungleGym, we started out wanting to be a gym for everyone at every price but quickly remembered what we’re good at: personal training and small group training. We’ve updated our schedule and hours to better focus on our clients and revised memberships to be more effective for them.

In addition to personal training, our small group classes include: Cross Training Lite, Boot Camp, Boxercise, Strength Training, and Active Aging.

Outside instructors provide additional classes such as Tai Chi, yoga, and dance.

So, you can keep going to a $20-per-month box gym with little or no results, or you can treat your body and health to a boutique gym and receive the personal attention you deserve.
