Wow, this looks so good! Definitely still gourmet, but definitely what you might call comfort food. Let us know if you can join us for this wonderful menu.

This week Chef Yasu is offering a, 5-course tasting menu that you are just going to love.

* Amuse Bouche

Dehydrated beet-almond cornet filled with red pepper hummus,
Apple, cucumber salad with lemon gelée and chive oil

*Soup

French onion gratinee, home-made
sourdough bread and gruyere cheese

* Appetizer

Green-pea goat-cheese ravioli, pumpkin-seed celery leaf pesto, parmigiano-cheese chips and foam

* Main Course

Cornflake-crusted chicken (fried), lemon-curd dipping sauce,
twice-baked potato topped with fonduta Brulée

* Dessert

Dark-chocolate brownie layered with macerated blueberry,
home-made rhubarb Ice cream and rhubarb chips
