Smoked and BBQ ribs, pulled pork, sausages and onion rings at Joe’s

Meet old friends and new arrivals, exchange info and recommendations and discover the true nature of this ‘one of kind” supper club while enjoying your favorite drink and everyone's favorite, fresh from the fryer, onion rings followed by our very popular BBQ dinner.

We fire up the smoker on Friday so we can go low and slow with real hardwood coals and local wood to produce a subtle sweet smoke flavor on our custom rubbed ribs and pulled pork. Many hours are dedicated to making the best ribs around. Dinner includes BBQ ribs, pulled pork and house recipe sausage, creamy Mardi Gras slaw, herb roasted potatoes, and sweet corn bread. Top it all off with a familiar family favorite, Apple and Peach Cobbler. I’m getting hungry…

Saturday, Sept. 14th. 5 PM salon, bar, and garden opens for cocktails, followed by those onion rings, and dinner is about 6:30 PM. Address at time of reservation.
