For lunch:

- The French Dip Sandwich where the beef is the star. It´s so melt-in-your-mouth tender that you will gladly devour this beef alone, even if there was no cheese or no sandwich.
- The Yucatan Pulled Pork Sandwich​​, a different twist to the good ol’ Texas Pulled Pork Sandwich.
- The Fried Fish Sandwich, a sandwich that goes all the way back to my roots at South Padre Island, Texas.

For Dinner:

- Coq Au Vin with creamy mashed potatoes steamed vegetables

- Gourmet Meat Loaf with potatoes au gratin and green beans with hollandaise sauce
