Don’t rub it: shrub it

Your meat, that it.

No, not that meat – your dinner, foolish man.

Rubs are great for preparing meat for the grill. No doubt about it. But they can get complicated and expensive.

An easier, quicker, tastier, and less expensive way is to use Bonobo Bob’s vinagrette as a marinade for tonight’s grilling adventure.
