Chef Yasu offers a beautiful French menu this Sunday, October 1st

Chef Yasu is offering another beautiful French menu this Sunday, October 1st.

His last French dinner was so well attended we had to split it into two nights, so be sure to reserve early for this wonderful evening.

This week he will be serving:

* Baked Brie with cranberry compote, rhubarb chip and orange zest over cheese cracker

* Carrot with honey cashew-nut butter, poached asparagus and cherry tomato concassé with homemade brioche

* Seafood pistou (seabass, prawns, clams) with homemade baguette, herbed butter

* Slow-roasted short ribs, bone marrow and fried herbs, madeira jus, with cauliflower gruyere cheese gratin

* Pineapple sorbet as a palate cleanser

* Caramelized banana mousse cream pie stuffed with walnut and coconut cream, passion fruit curd
