Chef Yasu offers a 6-course Mediterranean menu this week

Each week it seems Chef Yasu raises the bar a little higher.…and this week is no different.

Where else will you see Saffron-oil coated Spanish mackerel brulee? Really?

So if you’ve been wondering what week you should try Chef Yasu’s amazing 2-hour dinner event, it’s time/

This week, his one of a kind menu offers:

* Beet ravioli stuffed with goat cheese, green pea mousse and zucchini cracker
* Creamy spinach croquette, yellow pepper culis
* Roasted cabbage and garlic soup, cheddar cheese stick
* Saffron-oil coated Spanish mackerel brulee, fava bean, olive tapenade and pickled shallot
* Smoked chicken albondigas with mustard aioli, wine-braised cabbage and cornichon, Catalan bread
* Lemon meringue puff-pastry tart
