You still have a chance to see what Chef Yasu is creating this week

Chef Yasu continues to create Cuenca's most amazing food and there is still room for you to taste his creations this Sunday.

Due to a cancellation, we still have room for some real foodies to be part of this week's wonderful evening.

Join us this Sunday at The Vegetable Bar at 6:30 PM for a 5-star, 5-course meal that will make you want to book ahead for a month.

This Sunday, August 20th, Chef Yasu is offering:

* Roasted three-pepper avocado salad with poached grapes,
cherry tomato concasse and brioche croutons
and a lemon pumpkin-seed dressing

* Diced artichoke in olive oil and chargrilled asparagus
topped with warm milk curd and parmigiano chips

* White-carrot agnolotti over spring pea puree and a mushroom broth

* Red-wine braised short rib served with potato crusted polenta cake
and home-made ciabatta bread

* Lemon-ricotta layered crepe and coconut cream panacotta
with cherry compote

This amazing meal is by reservation only.
