Recommendation for Pho Vietnamita, restaurant

Wow! My husband and I had lunch at Pho today and we are so happy we did. Having lived in Vietnam for 14 months...and San Francisco, CA. Where Pho is plentiful, we can tell you....this is authentic and delicious. The broth is cooked for 5 hours folks. The spices and flavors are deep. Rich and delightful. There are three sizes to choose from. Chicken, beef or vegetable broth plus multiple meat choices. They gave a plate of traditional accouterments, basil and sprouts, lime and peppers to add to the pho. And siracha is also on the table. The spring rolls need a bit of crunch and maybe ginger. But they are nice. Lunchtime specials: medium bowl and spring roll. They also have traditional sammies: Bahn Mi. We will try them soon. Do not wait. Open from 11-7. The chef is from Laos by way of Canada. He and his friend of 30 years have enriched our lives.
