Come join us on Thursday, August 17th, at the popular Aji Rocoto Restaurant and experience the authentic flavors of Peru.

Peruvian born Chef, Michael Wagner, is passionate about Peruvian food. Not only did Chef Michael grow up learning about Peruvian flavors and family recipes, he also studied and graduated from the La Cordon Bleu Academy in Lima Peru. Don’t miss the opportunity to attend an amazing evening featuring some of the most popular Culinary dishes from Peru.

‘Peruvian Night’ gourmet buffet will feature the following gastronomic traditions:

Starters…
Yucca Salad
Peruvian Ceviche

Entrée
Arroz con Pollo
(Green rice with chicken)

Papas a La Huancaína con Huevos y Aceitunas
(potatoes w/ yellow chile sauce, cheese, boiled egg and olives)

Peruvian Salsa

Lomo Salteado
(Peruvian Chinese style saute beef with tomato and onion)

Dessert
Arroz con Leche
