Fried Fish Sandwich with Homemade Tartar Sauce
As an island girl raised on South Padre Island, Texas, and in the middle of one of the biggest shrimping industries of the US, I love my seafood! This sandwich is one of my favorites and is served with a wonderful sweet and tangy Cole Slaw.

Mexican Pulled Pork Po’boy Sandwich
All the flavors you can imagine and then some, with a slight hint of spice! A different twist to the good ol’ Texas Pulled Pork Sandwich. Served with a refreshing Watermelon Salad.

Cashew Chicken Curry Salad Sandwich
This sandwich is served on a freshly baked croissant. Succulent oven-roasted chicken, juicy red grapes, crunchy cashews and celery dressed in a delicately spiced curry dressing. A welcome change from ordinary chicken salad.
