Aji Rocoto Restaurant celebrates Bastille Day with French Night menu

We still have reservations available for tonight’s event. Don't miss out on this special evening featuring a gastronomic menu designed by Cordon Bleu Chef Michael Wagner and Joel Davalez (owner of Le Gourmet).

The evening’s gourmet French Buffet, will include:

Starters…

3 types of Terrines (terrine most commonly refers to a French loaf similar to a pâté, made with more coarsely chopped ingredients)
• Lemon Chicken Terrine with saffron
• Seafood Terrine with saffron
• Vegetable and Quail Egg Terrine with saffron
Served with a complimentary glass of Anise Liqour

Main course
• White Wine Veal Stew
• Mustard Pork Ribs
• Scalloped Potatoes
• Stuffed Vegetables from Nice

Desert
• Caramalized Apple Tart

Time: 6:30 to 9 PM
Price: $15 per person
