Aji Rocoto Restaurant celebrates Bastille Day with French Night menu

Come join us at Aji Rocoto Restaurant this Friday, July 14th for French Night in honor of Bastille Day in France.

Cordon Bleu Chef Michael Wagner is partnering up with Joel Devalez, owner of Le Gourmet, to create an amazing evening of flavorful French cuisine.

The evening’s gourmet French Buffet, will include:

Starters…
3 types of Terrines (terrine most commonly refers to a French loaf similar to a pâté, made with more coarsely chopped ingredients)
• Lemon Chicken Terrine with saffron
• Seafood Terrine with saffron
• Vegetable and Quail Egg Terrine with saffron
Served with a complimentary glass of Anise Liqour

Main course
• White Wine Veal Stew
• Mustard Pork Ribs
• Scalloped Potatoes
• Stuffed Vegetables from Nice

Desert
• Caramalized Apple Tart

Time: 6:30 to 9 PM
Price: $15 per person
