Fat and sugar

I want to pass this along while it's available.

From the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's "Ideas" program: “Jill Eisen explores the complex, and sometimes contradictory, science of nutrition - and tries to find clarity amidst the thicket of studies and ambiguous research."

It's an archived two-part program available for download if you're interested.
Each file is a 50 MB mp3. Runtime for each is just under an hour. Eisen interviews many of the top experts in the field, and reviews the history of the fat-vs-sugar issue.

Ideas is "eclectic in form and content. We cover social issues, culture and the arts, geopolitics, history, biography, science and technology, and the humanities. Most of our programs are documentaries in which thoughts are gathered, contexts explored, and connections made." A fantastic resource.

You can find the files at: www.cbc.ca/radio/podcasts/documentaries/the-best-of-ideas/

Look for "Fat & Sugar, Part 1 (Encore June 15, 2016)" and "Fat & Sugar, Part 2 (Encore June 22, 2016)".
