This week at the Broken Bridge Louisiana Pub

Monday – Gringo Night/Open Mic: Come mix and meet other Gringos. Happy hour 5:30 – 7.
$2 beer, half price cocktails. Free drink if you perform at open mic.

Tuesday – Latino Night: Same deal, only for Latinos from inside and outside Ecuador. Happy hour drinks. Mix and meet, and a bit of salsa.

Wednesday – Musicians’ Showcase: A medley of artists from Cuenca, and others passing through.

Thursday – Blues Jam and Ladies Night: the soon to be world famous night of fabulous drop-in artists backed by our wonderful house band! Ladies drink half price to boot.

Friday – Broken Bridge Blues Band: Dave Trooper on sax, Paco Lightfoot on guitar, Yukon Mike Wanner on bas and maybe some surprise guests.

Saturday – You Are A Star: Live karaoke. The Double Ds (Dennis on guitar and David on keyboards) provide live-band support for hundreds of songs. Why sing with a machine when you can have superb live backup. Only at the Pub.

As always, the above comes with great Cajun cuisine supplied by our partners at The Vegetable Bar.

On Av. Tres (3) de Noviembre next to the Tomebamba River and the Broken Bridge. From Calle Larga, head down the hill from Todo Santos church, and take the steps next to the Broken Bridge down to the river. From Parque de La Madre, cross Av. Doce (12) de Abril, take the small bridge across the river, and stroll downstream (cabs can go this way). We’re on the left right after the Broken Bridge.

November 26 - December 3, tres de Noviembre at the Broken Bridge (Puent Roto)
