The Bus and I - update and invitation

As some readers may recall, six weeks ago I was involved in a Cuenca City Bus "incident" just after applying for IESS insurance. The first couple of weeks of recovery were agony. I couldn't sleep in bed and was on supplemental oxygen so that I could breath, But, I'm almost healed ('cept for a broken hand).

Anyway, I and a generous donor would like to honor the mom and her 10-year-old son who were also involved in the "event," Sandra and Alan Bravo (as well as the dad and other son) who were so kind and helpful during the ordeal, despite the mom's own injuries.

So, this Friday night (November 11) at Fabiano's, we will have a “Pizza Night” to honor the Bravo Family (so aptly named) and for anyone who has had a “Close Encounter of The Bus Kind" in Cuenca to share their experiences and to commiserate.

The Bravos will be there around 8:30 PM, but we will start around 7:30 for those hungry and early-to-bed types.

Friday, November 11, Fabiano's, Bus stories, Pizza, Enjoy.

See ya there.

PS: Ya might wanna take a taxi, despite last week's fire-storm of negative comments (which I promised my wife I'd stay out of)

November 11, 2016, from 7:30 PM until ??, Fabiano's, Cuenca.
