It's BBQ time again at Joe's Secret Garden

Start off with Joe's famous onion rings, people cue up for these treats; then on to the main feature, slow-smoked St. Louis cut pork ribs, pulled pork and special recipe sausage. The pork is slow smoked for hours, then roasted slow and, lastly, finished over Stubb's charcoal with house jade savory sauce. A great dinner when accompanied by Mardi Gras cole slaw, garlic taters, and banana pudding.
