Gran Roca's Wednesday farm fresh market, new schedule

Wow, Last week, to our surprise, the number of customers more than doubled at Gran Roca’s fresh market. As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, we are so very grateful that our years of hard work are being appreciated. More and more people are embracing the quality, taste and value of our fresh, sustainably grown produce. We are also aware that some customers were unable to buy what they were looking for last week, and we are already making plans for how we will rectify that for this coming week.

Our mouthwatering produce will again be available on Wednesday, Nov 16, at Tienda Nectar on Benigno Malo near the corner of Gaspar Sangurima, only a couple of blocks from Parque Calderon.

Customers coming to shop and select their produce may do so as usual from 2-4 PM. If you arrive early, please take a number and respect the numbers once shopping begins.

Our friends at Tienda Nectar have requested that customers who have pre-ordered their produce, pick up their order between 3 and 4 PM. Please respect that pre-orders will not be available for pick-up until 3 PM.

And now for the big surprise. We have been invited to sell our produce, at a second location in Cuenca, on Mondays, starting November 21st, from 2-4 PM at the popular restaurant, the Bayou Caffee near Parque El Vergel off Paucarbamba, left on Los Alisos, left again on Del Arupo. We invite our customers that have challenges getting to Tienda Nectar in the Centro Historico, to instead visit us here at the Bayou Caffee on Mondays. (Also, you can eat or pick-up something delicious at the restaurant.)

Note: Pre-ordering will not initially be available for our Monday Market.

Our offerings often change from week to week. Please check out our current photo-list of available produce items at
