Kindle mysteries to benefit Proyecto Samán

It’s been nearly six months since the magnitude 7.8 earthquake devastated the coast of Ecuador. At the time I pledged that I would donate for six months 70% of the proceeds (my royalty) from the sale of any of my books to the earthquake relief effort. Sales have been modest—like they are for most independent authors—but satisfying.

In an effort to raise a few more dollars (and hopefully gain a few new readers) I am offering, through October 16th, all of my mysteries on Kindle for 99¢ with 70¢ going to Proyecto Samán to help them purchase reliable transportation.

If you like mysteries with a human element, rather than a lot of CSI stuff, if you like Portland, Oregon, or if you like Cuenca, Ecuador, you may enjoy these books. I hope you do.

Check out my author page: for a sample of the books.

While you are at check out the Friends in Foreign Places Anthology: All of the authors have agreed to forego their royalties in order to benefit the earthquake relief effort.

Stay tuned for the release of “Insomnia Blues”—Jason Freeh Mysteries book four early next year.
